KS Oils to be delisted from NSE

KS Oils is down 5% on the BSE at Rs.1.57, a new low and frozen on the lower circuit. Over 3 lakh more pending sell orders remain.
The stock is down after the NSE issued a circular stating that it will suspend trading in K S Oils and Abhishek Corporation for their failure to comply with provisions of listing agreement. Trading in these securities would be suspended with effect from June 21. Non-compliance is with respect to non submission of financial results for the period ended December 31, 2012.
The company manufactures mustard oil, soybean oil, palm oil and vanaspati. It has plants in Madhya Pradesh, West Bengal and Rajasthan.
