Lakshmi Machine Works is buzzing loud today, with the stock price surging over 8% to Rs.6289.95 or by Rs.470 in today’s morning session.
The company has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled on 22/10/2018, inter alia, to consider and approve the proposal for buyback of the equity shares of the company.
Promoters currently hold 30.07% stake.
