Laurus Labs buzzing loud

Laurus Labs is buzzing today. Though it opened flat at Rs.539.90, it soon zoomed up to an intraday high at Rs.568; its 10% UC of the day stands at Rs.593.15.

The stock is up after the company announced that it has received purchase orders from a leading global life sciences company and the supplies will commence from Mar 2022.

The company said that based on confidentiality agreement, name of the customer, product and volume details cannot be disclosed. This is not a related party transaction and none of the promoters/promoter group/group companies have any interest.
