Lemon Tree checks in!

Lemon Tree Hotel is in the green today, the market giving it a big thumbs up for signing two license agreements, one in Rajasthan and one in Vijayawada.

This is for Lemon Tree Resort in Sankhwas Garh, Rajasthan and Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels, Vijayawada.

Sankhwas Garh, will feature 51 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a bar, a banquet hall, meeting rooms, swimming pool and other public areas.

Keys Lite will feature 44 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant and a meeting room.

Both the properties are expected to open in FY26.

Carnation Hotels Pvt Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary and the hotel management arm of the company will be operating this hotel.

The stock price, which had closed yesterday at Rs.141.05, opened today morning at Rs.142.80 and rose to an intraday high at Rs.144.25. Its 52-week high is at Rs.147.20.
