Lemon Tree checks in!

Lemon Tree Hotels is buzzing loud and strong today morning; the stock which had closed yesterday a Rs.105.23, opened at Rs.106.98 and rose to a new 52-week high at Rs.108.50.

The stock hit a new high after the company, on 21st August, after the company announced that it has signed up agreements for two properties in Odisha and Himachal Pradesh.

The hotel is Odisha is expected to be operational by Q4 of FY 2025 and shall be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary and the management arm of Lemon Tree Hotels.

The one at Himachal Pradesh is expected to be operational by Q3 of FY 2026 and shall be managed by Lemon Tree Hotels.

The hotel at Odisha will feature 60 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, meeting rooms, a banquet hall, a swimming pool, a fitness center, and other public areas. And the one at Kasauli, will feature 50 rooms & cottages, banquet halls, recreation room, two restaurants, a swimming pool, a spa, fitness center, a library and other public areas.

Lemon Tree currently operates 8,600 rooms in 92 hotels across 58 destinations. When the current pipeline becomes operational, it will be operating 12,550 rooms in 142 hotels across 90 destinations.
