Linde India surges 20%

Linde India, the top gainer on the BSE, breached the 20% UC at Rs.582.65 and remains very firmly in the green currently. Volumes have jumped up from a 2-week average of some 5700-odd shares changing hands to almost 1.6 lakh shares today morning alone.
The stock surged on its announcement today morning that the company has got buyout offer from the promoter.
BOC Group Ltd, which currently holds 75% in Linde India, intends to buy remaining stake in the company.
The Board of Linde India have made a voluntary delisting offer to subject to acquire 21321056 equity shares of Rs.10 each representing 25% of share capital of the company held by the public shareholders; following this, the stock will be delisted from BSE and NSE
