Lupin was in the limelight in today’s trading session. The stock price rose over 2.5% to Rs.892. Ots 52-week high is at Rs.1090.

The company announced today morning that it has received the final US FDA opproval for Hydrocortisone Butyrate Lotion, 0.1 %, to market o generic version of PreCision Dermotology. Inc.'s {PreCision) Locoid Lotion.

This medicine is used for the treatment of mild to moderote otopic dermotitis in potients 3 months of age and older.  

Hydrocortisone Butyrate Lotion had annual sales of approximately USD 13.8 million in the US.
