Mahindra Lifespace top gainer

Mahindra Lifespace is currently the top gainer on the BSE; from its close of Rs.347, it opened today at Rs.353 and rose further to Rs.377.55.

The company announced late evening yesterday that it has been selected as the developer to redevelop two adjacent residential societies in Santacruz West, Mumbai. This is being developed on the land measuring around 1.27 acres.

This is expected to offer the company a revenue of around Rs.500 crore.
