Mindtree gets thumbs up

Mindtree, which had closed yesterday at Rs.4363.25, opened today higher at Rs.4590 and went on to hit a new high at Rs.4923.95.
The market is pretty enthused with its Q2FY22 performance. The company reported a 13% (QoQ) growth in dollar revenue at $350 million while in rupee terms, consolidated revenue rose 13% at Rs.2586 crore and net profit was up 16% at Rs.399 crore.
EBITDA margin improved by 20 bps to 20.5%.
The company added 263 active clients as of September 30, 2021 and employee strength is at 29,732.
The Board also declared a Rs.10/share dividend on Rs.10 FV per share.
