NBCC (India), an engineering PSU, is the top loser on the BSE currently. The stock price slumped almost 14% to hit a new 52-week low at Rs.34.20.

The market is very disappointed with its earnings for Q1FY20 wherein it reported a 38% (YoY) drop in consolidated net profit at Rs.49 crore on a 16% fall in revenue from operations at Rs.1891 crore.

Operating profit took a bigger beating, going down 65% to Rs.27 crore and margins came down from 3.4% to 1.4%.
