NCC hits a new high, again

NCC had hit a new high on Friday at Rs.87.75 and today too, it has hit another new high at Rs.90.25. It has come off the high but remains firmly in the green, up almost 4.5%.

The stock is up after Van Eck VIP Emerging Markets Fund bought 38.09 lakh shares or 0.68% stake in the company. The foreign fund bought these shares through a bulk deal on the NSE on Friday, buying shares at an average price of Rs.82.90/share.

Shareholding pattern as at 30th Sept shows that promoter holding has gone up from 18.44% in Q1 to 20.41%. FII holding though has been come down from 36.84% to 29.18%. On the other hand, DIIs have hiked their stake from 7.52% to 11.44%.
