Nucleus Software hits a new high

Nucleus Software has today hit a new 52-week high at Rs.159.30, with volumes spiking up by a huge 13 times. It has since then come off the highs but remains strongly in the green, up 15.5% at Rs.156.40.

The stock is up after the company reported a very good set of numbers for Q3FY14. Its consolidated net profit doubled to Rs.23 crore v/s Rs.12 crore in Q3FY13. Its income from operations grew by 9% at Rs.90 crore on sequential basis, while total expenditure increased 2% at Rs 72 crore over the previous quarter.
