Oberoi Realty is building up fast; from its close of Rs.1342.40, it opened higher today at Rs.1369.25 and soon surged to hit a new 52-week high at Rs.1407.15.

The market it thrilled with the recent development in the company – firstly, its foray into NCR by acquiring 14.8 acres of land in Gurugram for Rs.597 crore.

The company, marking its first venture outside Mumbai, plans to develop a luxury residential housing project on the site.
