PNC Infratech building up

PNC Infratech announced yesterday evening that it has been declared Ll (Lowest) bidder in a National Highways Authority of India's (NHAD) highway project.
This is for the construction of 6-lane Greenfield Varanasi-Ranchi-Kolkata Highway (from km 116+000 to km 151+200; Length = 35.2 Km).
This was bid under Bharatmala Pariyojana in the state of Bihar on Hybrid Annuity Mode on 14.3.2023.
The project cost is Rs.1260 crore.
Last week the company had emerged as the L1 bidder for construction of two 6-lane Greenfield Varanasi - Ranchi - Kolkata Highway with an aggregate project cost of Rs. 2004 crore.
The stock is doing well today, opening almost 5.5% higher at Rs.299.90, its intraday high. Its 52-week high is at Rs.354.55, hit last month.
