Polyplex at new high

Polyplex is currently the top gainer on the BSE. From its close of Rs.752.45 yesterday, it opened much higher at Rs.875 and went on to hit a new high at Rs.880. Volumes are up over 7.5 times.
The market is super-thrilled with its very good show for Q3 and also the special dividend.
The company declared a special dividend of Rs.100/share (FV of Rs.10) – the third interim dividend for FY21. The record date for the purpose of payment has been fixed as February 19, 2021.
On the performance front, it posted a 81% (YoY) jump in consolidated net profit at Rs.225 crore on a 13% rise in net sales at Rs.1237 crore.
EBITDA for the quarter stood at Rs.329, rising 55% while margins spurted by a huge 710 bos to 26.6%.
