Rupa & Company looms large

Rupa & Company, on a two-week average shows a volume of less than 1500 shares but today morning, it has already clocked volumes of 72,000 shares. Intra day the stock price rose over 16% to Rs.319.70. Its 52-week high is at Rs.336.
Yesterday, after market hours, the company announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Oban Fashions has entered into a license agreement with Fruit of the Loom, Inc., a New York Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway Company.
This license is to manufacture, distribute, advertise and sell innerwear and outerwear products for men, boys, women, girls and toddler in India, under their brand names and marks.
