Rushil Decor remains in green

Rushil Décor had breached the upper circuit yesterday at Rs.66.20 and today too, there seems to be a lot of buzz on the counter. Volumes are up 1.5 times and the stock is up 2% at Rs.67.50, with an intra day high at Rs.69.

The stock is on the buzz ever since the company announced on 10^th Jan that its Board had approved sale of its land, admeasuring around 14 acres in Gujarat to a prospective buyer and the balance 25 acres land, it is scouting around for a buyer. The company though did not divulge any financial details of the land sale it accrued from its 14 acres.
