Satin Creditcare at 5% LC

Satin Creditcare had closed yesterday at Rs.78.10 and today it opened at Rs.74.20, promptly hitting the 5% LC, with only sellers and not a single buyer on the counter. This is also its 52-week low.
Yesterday, the company approved allotment of NCDs of Rs 50.05 crore through private placement basis.
The company allotted 10,010 rated, unlisted, unsecured, subordinated, taxable, transferable, redeemable, non-convertible debentures (Tier II) of Rs 50,000 each aggregating to Rs 50.05 crore.
