Signatureglobal (India) is in the news today and the share price is very volatile. The stock had closed at Rs.1352.70, it opened higher at Rs.1399.95 and rose to an intraday high at Rs.1403.35 and soon profit booking came in and the stock is now barely holding on to the green at Rs.1360.50.

The stock is up on its performance update for 9MFY25 wherein it reported its best-ever pre-sales with Rs.8670 crore, reflecting a 178% (YoY) growth. With these pre-sales’ performances, the company has achieved 87% of its sales guidance of Rs.10,000 crore for FY25.

The company’s average Pre-Sales realisation for 9M FY25 grew to Rs. 12,565 per sq. ft. v/s Rs.11,762 per sq. ft.(YoY).

Its collections increased 54% to Rs.3210 crore, with Q3 FY25 collections at Rs.1080 crore. It’s  net debt was reduced to Rs.7200 crore at the end of 9M FY25, reduced from Rs.1160 crore in FY24.
