Starteck Finance hits the roof

Starteck Finance, which had closed yesterday at Rs.119, opening higher today at Rs.122.90 and went on to hit its 5% UC of the day at Rs.124.95. Its 52-week high is at Rs.153.20.
The stock price hit the roof after the company approved the sale of 100% shares of Starteck Housing Finance Pvt Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary to Paripurna Trust and/or Matrabhav Trust, for a cash consideration of Rs 11.45 crore.
Paripurna Trust and/or Matrabhav Trust is a part of the promoter group of Starteck Finance.
