Sunteck Realty down 4%

Sunteck Realty is down among the top five losers on the BSE since the opening bell today. From its close of Rs.498.50, it opened lower at Rs.485.55 and went down to Rs.478, a decline of over 4%. It currently trades around the same lower levels.

There has been a change of hands of a large deal of shares. This is to the tune of Rs.336 crore.

This means some 69 lakh shares or 4.75% stake deal took place, at an average floor price of Rs.482/share.

This floor price is at a discount of more than 3% to yesterday’s closing price.

The identity of the buyer and seller is not yet known.
