Sunteck Realty, which had closed yesterday at Rs.310.75, the stock opened slightly higher at Rs.311 and went on to hit an intraday high at Rs.337.25. Its 52-week high is at Rs.393.95.

Bargain hunters are taking position in the stock, based on its earnings for Q4FY21. The company reported a net profit of Rs.10 crore v/s net loss of Rs.13 crore.

Its total income showed a big jump from Rs.91 crore to Rs.195 crore.

The company ended FY21 with a net profit of Rs.42 crore v/s Rs.75 crore in FY20. Its total income rose from Rs.580 crore to Rs.631 crore.
