TCS brings cheer on the Street!

TCS hit a new high today at Rs.3399 as it has brought in a lot of cheer on the street. Not only were the earnings good, better than most estimates, it also announced a generous 1:1 bonus. Dividend was also good at Rs.29/share.

For Q4FY18, the company’s net profit rose 6% (QoQ) to Rs.6904 crore. Its income from operations rose 8% at Rs.32,075 crore.

The company was back to double digit growth trajectory - in dollar terms, TCS reported revenue of $4,972 million, up 4% (QoQ) and up 12% (YoY).
