TTK Prestige brings cheer

TTK Prestige has been among the top three gainers since morning; in fact it opened and stayed as the top gainer till noon. The stock price rose over 5% to Rs.8181. The stock price has gained today after two sessions of continuous fall.

The market is thrilled with the prospect of a bonus.

The company's board of directors is scheduled to meet on Friday, March 29, 2019, to recommend the issuance of bonus shares. This will be a maiden bonus issue from the company.

The company is on a solid footing as far as financials are concerned. Its 9M net profit stood at Rs.219 crore and FY18 ended with a net profit of Rs.257 crore- this included an exceptional income of Rs.129 crore. But for this, it’s current 9M bottomline is almost at the same levels as FY18 net profit of Rs.221 crore. Clearly, this fiscal is pure operational efficiency.
