Vakrangee hits 5% UC
It has been a flurry of clean chits for Vakrangee. First, on 22nd Nov, the Economic Offences Wing (EOW) communicated to the company that they have not found any substance in the complaint and hence closing the enquiry, thereby giving clean chit to the company.
And then yesterday, SEBI, which had conducted an investigation into the trading activities of certain entities in the scrip of Vakrangee said that it found nothing to suggest stock manipulation by Promoter or Promoter group entities.
Although SEBI said that it found that the company had delayed in intimating the hike in shareholding by promoters - NJD Capital, Vakrangee Holdings Pvt Ltd and Dinesh Nandwana.
The stock price has been hitting the UC every day since 22nd Nov. Today too, after SEBI’s clean chit, the stock price hit the 5% UC at Rs.30.70 the moment it opened for trading.
