Vascon Engs at 5% UC

Vascon Engineers, which had closed yesterday at Rs.13.64, opened today with a gap at Rs.14.20 and hit the 5% UC at Rs.14.32 with over one lakh pending buy orders on the counter.

The stock rose, reacting to the news that it has received a work order from Transcon-Sheth Creators for construction of composite sale building in Mumbai.

This is worth Rs.38 crore and it has been awarded on a ‘Lump sum basis’ and to be completed within 27 months from the date of receipt of this work order.
